Christmas in Canada is always fun. Here is a sampling from the last week:
Conditions were perfect for making a snowman...
or rather, a snow-woman (that snow around her head is "hair").

Zoe drove the snowmobile with her Uncle Lorne...
and even rode behind on the sled while cousin Jackson drove.
Playing outside in the snow was a big hit - here Zoe is crawling through the entrance of the snow fort we built.

Zoe and Avery inside the fort.

I guess I should clarify. Playing outside was a big hit for Zoe. Liberty, however, is a Southern California girl through and through. She was not at all impressed with the temperature or the consistency of the white stuff on the ground.
While Liberty stayed inside and watched The OC, Zoe was turning more Canadian by the hour. She went ice skating (here in the helmet)...

and even put on the goalie equipment to play a little indoor hockey
Christmas Eve always means new matching pajamas.
Christmas morning brought some new dollies for Liberty...
and a big stuffed horse named Ginger for Zoe (and Grandpa).
The whole crew.
