All said and done, in the first half of this recording, you basically claim, "If you are not a Christian/Supernaturalist the bible will not be convincing." Yet the bible is the source of your belief in Christianity and Supernaturalism...

That means that you believe in the book because the book informed you of what you believe. That is highly circular.

Bob and the interviewer do not have a "world view" other than personal experience. The are not following any book or prepackaged ideal, simply thinking for themselves. To convince them you would need something they can relate to and experience but theist proof is never anything so substantial.

So indeed, your mission to promote a rational approach to Christianity is doomed. The only reason that leads to Christian belief, comes from Christian belief. The only ones who will be convinced are those who demand nothing more than your testimonial or interpretation.

The Bible is not the source of my belief in Supernaturalism, so the argument is not circular, Sigfried.

The Bible is a piece of data that supports a supernatural worldview, but it is only one among many others. That is why on the show we almost always defend a supernatural worldview using one of the other pieces of data, usually something that comes from "experience" (the senses). For example: the seeming reality of free will, good, evil, rationality, etc.

By the way, even if the Bible was all we had, it wouldn't be circular to use it as evidence that supernaturalism is true. It would be circular to use the Bible as evidence that the Bible is true, which is, of course, a different subject.

Condition, cuase, and effect. Hypotheticaly, if you programed an algorythim of atomic and subatomic tendencies. Then applied that equation to a data base of all things created(bear with me now) and figured out the human brain. Via probability equation taking into account morality and free will(artificial intelligence). Then created a device to recreate the exact conditions of evolution upon our eventual demise. Would we not be created in its image?
Far fetched and unlikely it may be but a interesting thought. I believe that a probability equation for evolution is possible. Think about it as a god "force"
